系采用雙面(mian)雙點過流(liu)焊接(jie)(jie)的原理,工作時兩(liang)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)加壓工件使兩(liang)層金屬在兩(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的壓力(li)下構(gou)(gou)成必定的觸(chu)摸電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,而焊接(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)從一(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)流(liu)經另(ling)一(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)時在兩(liang)觸(chu)摸電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻點構(gou)(gou)成瞬間的熱熔(rong)接(jie)(jie),且焊接(jie)(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)瞬間從另(ling)一(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)沿兩(liang)工件流(liu)至此電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)構(gou)(gou)成回路(lu),不傷及被(bei)焊工件的內部結構(gou)(gou)。
點(dian)焊的工藝(yi)進程為開(kai)通冷(leng)卻水;將焊件外(wai)表(biao)(biao)整理干(gan)凈,裝配準確后,送入上(shang)、下(xia)電(dian)(dian)極之間,施加壓(ya)力,使(shi)其觸(chu)摸杰出(chu);通電(dian)(dian)使(shi)兩工件觸(chu)摸外(wai)表(biao)(biao)受(shou)熱,局部熔(rong)化,構成(cheng)熔(rong)核;斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)后保持壓(ya)力,使(shi)熔(rong)核在(zai)壓(ya)力下(xia)冷(leng)卻凝固構成(cheng)焊點(dian);去除壓(ya)力,取出(chu)工件。焊接(jie)電(dian)(dian)流、電(dian)(dian)極壓(ya)力、通電(dian)(dian)時間及(ji)電(dian)(dian)極工作外(wai)表(biao)(biao)尺寸等點(dian)焊工藝(yi)參數對(dui)焊接(jie)質量有嚴重影響。
